I don't know if any of you have seen this, but there was another interesting documentary challenging the official HIV/AIDS hypothesis by Gary Null called "Deconstructing the AIDS Myth" which features some credible experts and viriologists including Peter Duesberg and others. The film makes some valid points, such as the fact that AIDS has not spread like an epidemic beyond the risk groups as it was predicted to. But I can tell that some of the points it makes are little things blown out of proportion as well.

What doesn't add up about this alternative view of HIV/AIDS is their contention that the many people who died of AIDS all died from the AZT drug. I wasn't sure if that was their claim, but it seemed to be. If millions were dying from a drug rather than AIDS itself, you'd think that common doctors would have figured that out long ago. So it doesn't make a lot of sense.

The claim that the cure kills is sometimes true. People used to take mercury based drugs that killed parasites and germs without killing the patient. Then again people had long term heavy metal problems.

There are plenty of weird disease claims. AIDS has been claimed to be a human created virus, due to eating Nile perch, and hidden inside of prophylactics to kill non-whites (African claim).

In addition to HIV there are diseases in other animals as well including FIV in cats, and SIV in apes.




Are these diseases government created, hidden inside cat rubbers, or acquired from eating fish?

I don't understand something. If drugs cause AIDS, then how come there are victims of AIDS who haven't taken the drugs? What is the AIDS denialists' explanation of that?

Dr Robert Willner Injects "HIV" into himself on TV

Are New Drug Treatments Responsible for Declines in AIDS?

Government officials, AIDS organizations and the media unanimously agree that the recent decline in AIDS cases and deaths is an unprecedented occurrence due to a new combination of drugs that include protease inhibitors, chemicals said to block the replication of HIV. However, a careful look behind the headlines reveals that there is no medical evidence to support these popular claims about the protease inhibitor "combo cocktails.

The declines in AIDS deaths attributed to combination therapies actually began several years before protease inhibitor drugs became available for general use. (72) Since the first protease inhibitor received Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval in December of 1995, a more likely explanation for decreased deaths would be the change in the official AIDS definition adopted in 1993 which allows HIV positives with no symptoms or illness to be diagnosed with AIDS. Since 1993, more than half of all newly diagnosed AIDS cases are counted among people who are not sick.

CDC data also show that decreases in AIDS cases commonly ascribed to "AIDS cocktails" preceded the introduction of the new drug treatments by three full years. According to the CDC's HIV/AIDS Surveillance Report, AIDS diagnoses peaked in the third quarter of 1991, increased once in the first quarter of 1993 as a result of the 1993 expanded AIDS definition, and have dropped each year since.

News stories of AIDS patients who rise from their death beds to run marathons after taking the drug cocktails, are just that -- stories. In science, such unverified accounts are dismissed as anecdotal, a term that comes from the Greek word anekdotos, meaning unpublished.
None of the anecdotal tales of recoveries attributed to new drug combinations have been substantiated by controlled studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals, a fact acknowledged in the fine print of pharmaceutical advertisements:

I don't understand something. Do people only die of AIDS if they are taking AZT? Has anyone who has never taken AZT and don't even know that they have AIDS, ever died from it? These films don't answer that question, which is at the crux of the issue.

Are there any documented cases of people with AIDS being cured? What about Magic Johnson and boxer Tommy Morrison?
