ProfWag, I have a question about this whole thing. Will you be serving ribs? I mean it's not a BBQ without ribs.

I've got ribs, BBQ chicken, and hamburgers, homemade 'tater salad, and plenty of Sam Adams or Yuengling on ice (your choice).
