Did Nikola Tesla really discover free energy?

Did Nikola Tesla really discover a way to harness free energy? If so, was it covered up by powerful interests (for obvious reasons) because the world wasn't ready for such a discovery? Or is that just a "theory"? The articles I've seen say different things.

Anyone do any research on this?

Also, is it true that Einstein invented an invisibility machine (cloaking device), but then decided that it would do more harm than good so he scrapped it?

I think in concept, it wouldn't be that hard to create an invisibility suit. You just need an aparatus that has a camera behind you that takes a picture of what's behind you and places it in front of you. So why hasn't it been invented?

Yes, Tesla invented a free energy machine, and the records of the patent are readily available. As patented, the yield is low but steady, but it is indeed free energy. Essentially what he patented is a ground based version of what is now known as an EMF tether, such as the one that failed to properly deploy during testing from the space shuttle.

There has grown up a whole mythos of Tesla running a car on "free energy", but all of the stories seem to fade into nothing when one tries to track them to their source.

The "invisibility cloak" has been done many times, mostly by the japanese who seem to be as enamored of the idea as they are of humaniform robots such as Asimo. None of the publicly recorded "invisibility" mechanisms is all that effective but each successive version seems a bit more refined.

( drifts in to CT mode here ) - well i suppose it IS possible that an over unity or whatever machine has been developed - if you go to bills site you will find LOTS of stuff about them and many other strange designs - BUT do any of you seriously think that IF some one came up with a VIABLE FE machine , that it would not be hushed up - closed down - bought out ,exploited by , etc by the vested interests of the energy cartels ??

back in the early 60" when petrol was five bob ( shillings ) a gallon here in the UK ,my late father ,who always moaned about the price of it - related the following anecdote to me , apparently a friend of his acquaintance had developed some sort of "stock cube " that when added to ordinary water would run a car ( this was in the days before urban legends where invented mind ) - and according to him the petrol companies had tried to "buy " the invention , but the chap seeing the potential had held out for a bigger pay out , and had then "mysteriously " disappeared , never to be heard of again

he always swore this to be a true story , so may be the way to ultimate riches ( or a swift demise ?? ) IS to invent a viable FE concept and sit back and wait for the cartels to beat a path to your door ???

What I find really amusing about these discussions is the knee jerk dismissal of "free energy" machines by the skeptics/debunkers, when such machines have been known and in daily use for centuries.

The windmill for instance dates back to around the 10th century IIRC. Most forms of solar, wind and water power qualify as free energy devices, since they produce useful energy without the need of supplying an input once the hardware is manufactured and in place.

Even the most whacked out "inventors" of over unity machines for the most part claim to be making use of some as yet untapped source of energy already present in the environment, be it the much touted ZPE or some hairbrained scheme for transforming matter into energy by means other than combustion, fission or fusion.

"Free energy" machines are all around us in this techno-culture, so sneering at the term itself seems quite the ignorant pursuit, imo.

Umm wind and solar don't have no input after you set up the hardwarethe supplied input is wind and light. So no they don't quallify as free energy machines. Just because people go round claiming this stuff happens. Why is it always the backyard scientist orsomeone from some small european country who then mysteriously vannishes. There are other companies other then oil companies that would love to have this all to themselves. Imagine a car company like the one that produces tesla roadsters getting hold of this. They'd have a killing edge against all other cars.

Now for the other consipracy of the evil NWO from scepcop to be the reason.

Will you skeptics admit that the energy cartels are behind the suppression of battery powered cars? That technology has existed for a long time you know. They can even now run cars on water, believe it or not.

Why are skeptics denying everything, including the most obvious things?
