I stand in both camps; I believe the greater percentage of NDE type experiences are easily explained by SOME of the scientific theories that have been put out there but because of personal experiences around such things I have to doubt that such are the only explanations. . . especially when there are those points of view within science in which the door is open. . . I just read something on this but I need find which book it was in; one of those interesting points that I didn't memorize on the spot.

Also, people claiming to see Jesus during an NDE is an interesting topic since all we have to ID the man are artist's renderings. For all they know it's some hippy meeting them at those so called pearly gates.
