Verrrrrrry interrrrrrrresting.

There was an earlier article on this event in which a little girl won a contest to name the alien statue recently placed in town. I skipped over the article and waited for the event to happen.

Executed, he says? Something tells me if the US kept ANY alien bodies against their will, let alone executed them, the result would look like this:

Maybe Lyn B got it wrong and got an rv from India, Pakistan, Palestine, or Greece where there was fighting.

OK. I figured this was a hoax, but an interesting way to raise money for the town library.

It turns out that the hoax was based on the efforts of 2 con artists who claimed that they had alien technology to find petroleum. What a great tale. Two crooks make up a story and now the public library makes money. Fact is indeed stranger than fiction.
