Ayurveda and Yoga are the integral part of Indian culture. It promotes Indian culture while improving the health conditions. Both ayurveda and yoga are reliable methods to improve the health conditions. Tourists throng Ayurvedic resorts seeking Ayurvedic treatments. They are also keen on learning and practising Yoga. Including Yoga as a part of the routine can dramatically improve the health conditions. Practising Yoga regularly is ideal to improve sleep disturbances. Yoga also improves breathing and regulates body metabolism. There is an increasing popularity of Yoga in the urban life. Many people are interested in practising Yoga as a part of their routine. Yoga can relieve the stress in busy lives. It is also an ideal method for fitness. Practising Yoga can maintain the fitness of the body and also keep it healthy. Any fitness regime is complete with Yoga. Yoga increases the energy level and prepares the individuals for the busy urban life. Yoga has been fast becoming the part of busy schedule. Starting a day with Yoga gives abundant energy for the rest of the day. Yoga also improves concentration and with yoga practise the body becomes supple. It also provides agility and strength to the body. There are many yogic centres that provide training in Yoga. Ayurveda and Yoga have earned their place of reputation in the busy lives. Both Ayurveda and Yoga have international clientele. There are many patrons to both these practises and they have pertinence to the lives of many.

Ayurveda and yoga not only help in losing extra weight but also improve health, boost immunity system and reduce the risk of hypertension, obesity, diabetes, some cancers and heart problems.

India's culture is very much influenced by the lifestyle as prescribed by Ayurved. For a long time, a lot of people of India used to wake up early in the morning, temple visits, take healthy fruits, slept well, and lived healthy. Every activity have health effects to mind, body as well as soul.
