that book is called THE WITCHES ALMANAC

Well ciscop, all we have at the moment is your word against his. A man's actions speaks louder than his words. I will view the Professor's videos and let you know what I think. If you wish to expose or undermine someone's credibility, please do so with facts, examples, and reason, not with any ad homineum attacks like they do on the JREF and SGU forums, ok?

In the meantime, I would like to see The Professors protocol and application that he submitted, if he can scan it and post it here. Everyone should be given a fair chance to be heard and considered at SCEPCOP.

Remember, we are shooting for pure objectivity here, or at least as close to it as possible

The Witches Almanac looks like a book of Wiccan spells or something. It doesn't appear to be a magic or mentalism guidebook. How do you know it has the trick that the Professor does? Do you have a copy of it? 90 dollars is a lot to pay for a little book like that... Dang.

but if you read the page you will find that it was designed by Bill Cushman a MENTALIST! (you can find more effects from him in the same page)
thats the point of the book, to not appear like it is a magic trick
but it is a mentalism book

If he is using a proven mentalist / professional showman "Witchcraft" book in the video (as though it's meaningful to him and what he does), and is acting (and looking) like more of a showman rather than a psychic, there is sufficient reason to doubt and question the credibility of the person obviously.

But we should still give him the benefit of the doubt to respond to all of this.

It is possible to say that you disagree with someone without accusing them of being a drunk. We are still waiting for an apology from ciscop. If we don't get one I would recommend banning him.

i wont apologyze until you have seen his videos, in many of them appears drinking
and in one of them he even says he was drinking vodka and shows you the crystal skull bottle before doing a prediction (i think it was a NBA prediction).

He mentions BY NAME the WITCHES ALMANAC (at the end of the video), he also points out the 500 inner truths part of the book
and SHOWS YOU the book...
i just pointed out to some facts, it is up to you to analyze the information i provided and to make up your own mind

Im just saying there´s a MENTALISM MAGIC TRICK BOOK, (not a teach a trick book.. the BOOK is THE TRICK).. that looks like it, has the same name, has the same content and lets you do what he says he is going to do... so draw your own conclusions.
