Ok… let’s start with a common-man’s view or explanation as to what the Grove is by checking things out here –
To coin a phrase, “Sometimes a cigar is only a cigar” or in this case, a good ole boy’s club is just that.
Up into the early 1970s “Men’s” as well as exclusive “Women’s” clubs were very typical and just as today’s Country Club serves as the cornerstone of the modern entrepreneur’s business success, so did clubs of this sort in the past and even to our present day; the wealthy & powerful are going to rub elbows with one another and believe it or not, the only “conspiracy” around such gatherings, is to observe some fraternity-like rituals and plan out actions that will preserve their position and wealth. It is EXACTLY what every one of us do on the more microcosmic level with the things we own and attempt to manage within our own lives.
The other reality check we must consider here, is the fact that without Free Masons this country never would have existed let alone, becoming one of the most powerful and influential EMPIRES history has known since Rome… but then it’s no accident that much of what this nation was founded upon is a direct evolution to what Rome was attempting to be; a somewhat civilized, democratic and military based society in which creature comforts, liberty, numerous freedoms & human rights, etc. existed.
Churchianity and paranoid troublemakers is what demonized Free Masonry (and no, I’m not a Mason). It was done for two reasons, with human jealousy taking the upper hand; the fact that something was secret and reserved for only the few that become a part of the fellowship. Insights and ideas that the churchmen wanted access to but were denied due to their unwillingness to take the oath, honor the fellowship, etc. and too, the fact that most Mason’s didn’t trust a preacher as far as they could be thrown; such creatures tend to be very duopolistic.
The second issue centered on that fact that members of the Masonic fraternity seemed to be the most successful and influential members of each community. As such parish priests began rumors that their success and wealth could only be had when honoring Satan. This is where the lies around the Knights Templar become woven into the church based propaganda game, being waged on the minds of the commoner – people with limited education let alone direct affiliation with anything other than the local preachers. Without contrasting data they instantly assume that the priests are telling the truth… they were priests, after all… why would they deceive the public?
Why are wars necessary? Why not just have rational civil solutions to everything, the way parents get children to settle their disputes?
Think about what you’re saying and ask yourself which would be challenged quicker by the “moralists” of the world; limiting procreation or allowing the populace to get reduced every now and again, via a major conflict of some sort?
Just look at how insane the whole Abortion and Preventative Pregnancy thing is in most of the Industrial world but especially here in the U.S. Look at the religious views being imposed around DNA and Stem Cell research let alone Cloning or even euthanizing the critically ill so as to end their misery and family suffering… but then the AMA has reasons to resist that one – BIG $$$.
Then we have those cultural situations in which breeding like rabbits seems to be a justified norm, even though you reside in extreme poverty; have limited food & water resources, etc. Not that any of us are aware of such nations.
On one level you are correct – Big Money. But not in the ways you are thinking. Vietnam as well as some of the current military ops, both served as fronts for the sake of bringing narcotics and other “resources” into this country for the sole purpose of keeping the oppressed at bay and dossal. This is likewise why we have Chlorinated water and certain treatments such as fluoride in toothpastes. But then take a look at what the effects of Malathion are… if you can find information from before 1975. Curiously, books in public and school libraries all had this entry “removed” (torn out pages) until it was possible to “re-write” things. But check out the political demographics around this “poison”; when and where it seems to be sprayed most… such as those areas where you find the more creative minds as well as those who politically, tend to expose injustice and fight for human rights, etc.
Malathion is one more tool used by our government to keep “the masses” under manageable control, just like the others I’ve noted. But then, there is a reason why cigarettes stayed popular as long as they did, why Marijuana laws are slowly changing and of course, booze still run like a river through much of the world.
I dare anyone to design a logo, insignia, or just a geometric shape that doesn’t seem similar to any kind of occult/Satanic or Masonic pattern.
It can’t be done!
I’ve met several people involved with that show/the movies and to my knowledge none of them had and direct connect to the Masons other than maybe Nimoy (he’s always had a strong connection to the mystical side of his Jewish faith) and Levar Burton who was deep into Hermetics and the Kabbalah during the 80’s and early 90s. I’ve seen him at the L.A.P.R.S. more than a few times, doing research.
OMG that site is so full of crap I can’t believe it… for starters “Communism” didn’t exist until several hundred years after the Templars were betrayed by a puppet Pope and corrupt French King. Secondly, if we are to split hairs over the whole socialist or “communistic” way of living, you will find it was first outlined in the Old Testament and aspects of it exist today in the form of the Israeli Kibbutz.
Sorry my friend, this is just plain contrivance speaking – hyperbole based on personal theories and fears.

After I saw the Freemason insignia, I noticed that the StarFleet insignia looks like the top half of the Mason symbol. And Spock's V hand sign looks like the bottom half of the Mason symbol.

If I recall correctly the original "evil empire" from both, Battle Star and the Lucas films were modeled off of the NAZI's in particular and/or the Russian Communist (in some cases a hybrid between the two); we're already seeing a resurgence of present day lore in which Muslim people are demonized... an premise that was quite popular during the days of the Ottoman Empire and as recently as WWI. Your crime shows on TV have made the evil empire out to be the various drug lords from around the globe... so the sky is the limit when it comes to such things and who the evil empire might be...
Oh 
I nearly forgot the really dangerous evil empire that is attempting to rise in power -- the Gay & Lesbians of the world and of course Women. Ask any TV evangelist and they'll tell you it's so. 
But then I believe the true evil empire IS Christianity as it is known today... it is very much Anti Christ and far from what JC represented.IF something like the Illuminati exists and has existed for as long as the lore claims, then there is no defeating it. It IS in power and if we are to believe the points brought out by Lawrence Gardner and others of his ilk, they are neither good nor bad when it comes to humanity itself; their agenda is to preserve humanity and keep things in balance -- placing groups into check when they spin out of control, etc. There is an esoteric connection in that they would (according to research) employ the Hermetic axioms as a guide as well as other such principles that guide their hand for the sake of making things happen in accordance to natural law. This being the case, I simply don't understand the drama conspiracy fearists keep putting forth.

So I was wondering, how does Lucas know anything about False Flag Terrorism and the NWO? Has he publicly expressed a belief in them? Or does he have inside knowledge that he is trying to whistleblow to us?
