and yea it will be easy for the skeptics to say ah but it was dismissed , but do we have proof of this ?? - or of course that the document is "fake" - but is it ??
so at some stage some credence was given to investigating paranormal things by 2 of the major governments of the world ( at that time ) - i wonder if the work was concluded or if it still continues - may be some thing WAS found that proved useful - and the big skeptic movement in the US and else where is an effort to cover up ongoing work ?? ( oops - nearly slipped in to CT mode there - naughty brett'y
