New theme templates for this forum? Which do you like?

Hi all,
What do you all think of the current theme template for this forum? Is it good enough, or would another one be better?

I was looking at some new ones and found some spiffy new choices. Have a look and let me know if you like any one in particular.

Personally I like this glacier theme:

I like either glacier or progravity. I like the way that progravity is set up as well.

Both of those themes have a black background in the header image at the top, which would blend well with the black and white SCEPCOP logo

What do you think of the current theme though?

The thing is, if I upgrade this version of the forum to the new one, most of those themes probably won't work anyway. So I gotta choose between that too.

This current one is fine. It is easy to read and navigate and has worked well. The newer versions have a bit more pizazz and I do like the darker look. Do they have any additional features for Moderators?

Not for moderators. But I can add more features for moderators in the permissions page. I think I've added the maximum features that there are though

So I guess we'll keep this theme then.

lol Nah. I was updating the forum to the latest version. See the announcements board. I figured that since it was early morning EST that it would be the best time to do it since most posters are sleeping. Next time I should announce such things in advance.

Now we are on the latest version of phpBB3. Woo hoo! And we have a new quick reply feature at the bottom of each thread.

Do you like it better than the current theme?

Blue is the most universally accepted theme. That's why most forum default templates are blue. I guess it's the most agreeable color for a forum. Do you think anyone would be turned off by a dark red forum like that one, even if it looks nice?

Naw, I don't have a take on it. Have it any color you wish.
