You need to understand the theory and practice of homeopathy. It's not the same as making rat poison. Many people falsely believe that the stronger something is, the better it must be; the more effective it is. But the stronger something is, the more toxic and dangerous it is. The placebo effect also includes noticible effects. If you feel a powerful toxic drug doing something, the body believes it's working, but it's just poison. It's not really doing anything but poisoning the body. This is also the placebo effect.

These are very different issues. Vaccines are not small amounts of the disease. Vaccines are dead or weakened disease. Big difference. The material introduced to the body is not diluted, or potentized. Unlike homeopathic medicines vaccines actually work. Unlike homeopathic medicines vaccines can be curative and preventative. Smallpox is likely the best example of a disease that has been eradicated due to the use of vaccines.

So your question of whether I understand the principle of vaccines is yes. That is why I know that there is nothing in common with homeopathic practices.

Not true. That's like saying, "In essence, you take an aspirin pill and it helps your headache. Homeopathy works on a similar principle; you take a pill . . ." Yeah, sure, the "similar principle" is that you take a pill. Not really any true similar principle at all, though.

And there's no similar principle underlying homeopathy and vaccines. The principle of vaccines obviously is based on the immune system; a set of very specific protein changes. Homeopathy is not. It's based on connecting to a patient's "vital essence".

Sure - I think it's the logical fallacy of "trying to ride on someone else's coat-tails". I just invented that, if it doesn't already exist.

And to approach the homeopathy-vaccine thing from the other direction; Vaccine changes your body forever, but homeopathy seeks to treat something once, more like aspirin. So I'd say that "teaching" isn't a good description at all for what homeopathy tries to do. (Unless it just sucks at it, or our bodies are F students.)
