OK the number 13 is the 6th prime and some folks think that when it coincides with a Friday is close to trouble. I think it might mean that some people need more cash in their pocket.
Such might be the case with Dr Kitei. You might remember her from the movie Raising Arizona or her book on the Phoenix Lights. Oh yeah. She wrote a book about seeing flares from the Maryland National Guard back 13 years ago. Somehow she missed the real UFO show when a squadron of planes flew over the city. Fortunately, she got outside in time to see the National Guard drop flares. This was not her first time seeing something unexplained in the sky. She saw orbs 3 to 6 feet across before. Of yeah. It's true. I have no idea how she guessed the size. Dr Kitea never explained that issue.
It seems Dr Kitea thinks that at he time and after the folks hat saw these military flares in the sky experienced "real time and long term transformations of consciousness" and that "mass consciousness of Phoenix" shifted as a result. She says that the flying saucers told everyone to sit down and not worry.
So Dr became a non-doctor and has been whisked into clubs dedicated to ET contact. Two years ago she and 2 other women requested the US government form the National Department of Extraterrestrial Alliances. They did this in a press release. More than 1 news agency covered the story. She also was inducted into "Sovereign Medical Order of the Knights Hospitaller of St. John of Jerusalem". I think this is legit.
Despite this long list of interesting accomplishments Dr Kitei still hasn't figured out that the second, not the first, UFO show of the night was a National Guard exercise.
