For every person who reads this valuable book there are hundreds of naïve souls who would prefer to have their spines tingled by a sensational but worthless potboiler by some hack journalist of the paranormal. Please don't go there Craig. I once mistyped "does not". It came out "doe snot". There were endless jokes about the mucous discharge of deer. At times I couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard.
