Aztec hosts 13th annual UFO conference

Postby Nostradamus » 30 Mar 2010, 06:12

From http://www.durangoherald.com/sections/News/2010/03/28/There_was__a_crash/

Canadian ufologist Stanton Friedman knows exactly how many hecklers he's had over his 50-plus years as a lecturer - 11.

And two of them were drunk," he said.

A retired nuclear physicist who's written books about the supposed Roswell crash and science's role in the study of extraterrestrial life, Friedman was one of the event's more prominent speakers.

Others included Stan Romanek, who claims to have been abducted by aliens more than 100 times, and remote viewer and The Seventh Sense author Lyn Buchanan, whose documented involvement with the military's Stargate Project in the 1980s made his talk a hot topic among conference attendees.

“The E.T.s in that ship weren't dead; they were alive. And negotiations happened between them and the government. And when they didn't cooperate, they were executed," Buchanan said.

Bolding mine.

There was an earlier article on this event in which a little girl won a contest to name the alien statue recently placed in town. I skipped over the article and waited for the event to happen.

Executed, he says? Something tells me if the US kept ANY alien bodies against their will, let alone executed them, the result would look like this:

Hey, you there. Yes, you. Read more journal articles.

If what I say sounds like the teacher from Charlie Brown (Wah wahh woohh wuh waah), then you should try college. It's fun, and only costs you your soul and several tens of thousands of dollars. :)

“I agree that by the standards of any other area of science that remote viewing is proven“ - Richard Wiseman

Let's make directional hypotheses, test them repeatedly, replicate experiments, and publish results! Yay, science!

Maybe Lyn B got it wrong and got an rv from India, Pakistan, Palestine, or Greece where there was fighting.

From http://www.kob.com/article/stories/s1487297.shtml?cat=504

The weekend event highlights guest speakers and a site where some researchers say a UFO crashed in March of 1948, just nine months after the Roswell incident.

Here's a link to the Aztec crash: http://www.aztecufo.com/crash.htm
According to Scully's informants, the disk that landed near Aztec was 99.99 feet in diameter

What are the chances of that! The probabilities that it's exactly 100 feet, considering the unlikely hood that the measurement could made more accurate than 3 digits of precision, means if was the ebil gummint.

Some of the bodies were later dissected and examined by the Air Force, and were found to be similar in all respects to human beings, with the exception of their teeth, which were perfect.

They must have been senators or their aids on the senate health plan. Proof positive. That ebil gummint!

Steinman discovered that the Aztec disk came to earth on 25 March 1948, having been detected by three separate radar units in the southwest, one of which was said to have disrupted the craft's control mechanism.

That ebil gummint is also incompetent. Knocked one of its own doo-hickies right smack dab from outta space.

Later on you read and find out that the bodies were only 2 feet high. So they couldn't be larger than life senators joy riding in a ebil gummint experimental craft and destroyed it calling attention to themselves.

Veteran researcher Leonard Stringfield, a former Air Force intelligence officer who is the world's leading specialist on what he calls "Retrievals of the Third Kind,"

The bodies were about four feet tall with relatively large heads, Postlethwait recollects.

They're regular humans, 2 footers, now 4 footers. That don't prove nothing about the ebil gummint.

OK. I figured this was a hoax, but an interesting way to raise money for the town library.

It turns out that the hoax was based on the efforts of 2 con artists who claimed that they had alien technology to find petroleum. What a great tale. Two crooks make up a story and now the public library makes money. Fact is indeed stranger than fiction.
