Profwag, do you want to continue trying to catalogue these psychic detectives? There's no rush, just that it is somewhat germane to the OP, and I'm interested to see how many in Zammit's list are demonstrably dodgy. It's important to be even-handed in this, i.e. assume going in that ESP is an open question, then decide which people on the list probably never show any real ability and have rummied up their life stories and success rates, etc, and whether any of the listed people have genuine accolades from officers at all. We cannot go in assuming all testimonials from officers are fake or by actors etc, until we have evidence for that, however, as that is not genuinely scientific, is it. Unfortunately we can mostly gain data by googling some standard search terms for each person and see what comes up, looking for previous debunking exercises. It is possible to call people in the states directly also, for corroboration, if necessary. It is mostly tedious admin work to be honest -- create a table of the people listed, indicate which seem to be easily debunked at the outset such as Noreen Renier, then start applying some agreed upon google search parameters for the remainder, such as '<Person's full name> debunk hoax fraud' or similar. Other standard terms might also be useful in the other direction to gain any positive information that might be corroborated. The self-promoters, i.e. anyone with a website, seem suspicious from the start.

So we're taking the hour-long drive to the city last night and half-way there I get a phone call from Ticketmaster and the Bastard cancelled the show! According to his website, his flight was cancelled so the show will have to be rescheduled. Talk about a bummer! I mean, if he's so psychic, why didn't he see that coming and drive up instead?
