This is the top line of the above referenced blog:
Blog of an Asian American Freethinker, Writer and Expat who promotes Global Dating, Truth, Freedom, and Liberation from propaganda, mind control, lies and enslavement.

There just HAS to be an oxymoron in there somewhere. (Global dating and enslavement maybe?)

I'm also curious as to the standard you use for common sense. Yours, mine, reptilians?

Check out this video of experts discussing and exposing MLM's.

Multi-Level Marketing, Network Marketing exposed

Bob Fitzpatrick, author of False Profits, speaks with Steve Hassan, cult expert, and Doug M. Brooks Esq. who has litigated some MLM groups. Check out Bob's site, pyramidschemealert.org, and learn the 7 warning signs of a pyramid scheme and multi-level marketing group. Also, read Bob's article, "Main Street Bubble" and get screaming mad! Irrelevant nonsense like the above will be ignored.

Please don't post unless you have something relevant or useful to say.

But seriously, what does global dating have to do with Truth, Freedom, and Liberation from propaganda, mind control, lies and enslavement?

This is a stupid question. Global dating is a reality that helps some people. That's a truth that me and many people I know have experienced. There is media bias against it. It is something I promote, along with other things. Why is that hard for you to understand? There is nothing contradictory there. You pseudoskeptics are arguing about nothing. That's your problem. You aren't truth seekers. You are obfuscators.

Stop going off-topic or I will have to start deleting irrelevant posts.

Check out this audio interview with Robert Fitzpatrick, America's leading expert on MLM's. It's very revealing and informative, the best one I've ever heard on MLM's.

I have nothing against global dating (so long as it doesn't involve the exploitation of anyone). I just thought it was a weird mix.

"Weird" is a subjective term. And just because something is "weird" to you doesn't mean it must be false. Anyway, it was "weird" for ProfWag to be bringing up something totally trivial and irrelevant just so he could take a cheap shot at me, instead of discussing the topic of this thread, which is about MLM. You skeptics are not only illogical, but your comments are irrelevant too.

I wonder if Shermer or Randi would be proud of such tactics from you guys.

C'mon Scepcop - do you really blame me for finding one of those terms to be an odd man out? One of these things is not like the other?

As for irrelevant comments - sure, this is a little side trail, but when I respond substantively you generally just ignore it. Like when I pointed out in the AIDS thread that you were wrong about Gallo not having published his paper in a peer reviewed journal. In fact, he published it in Science, one of the preeminent journals. You ignored my post completely, as you did most of the other posts I've made correcting statements of yours. But you respond when I make an aside? And you accuse me of using tactics?

Check this out. A Chinese blog recommended my Market America article and said it was very clear and logical. I got a lot of hits from it. It's in Chinese though, so you'll have to view it in Google Chrome browser and have it translate the page into English.

Also, there are now a ton of comments in my Market America blog post debating the issue. As usual, Market America reps will come to defend it against any criticism on the internet. Check it out.

All of you should attend an MLM meeting at least once in your life. It will be a great learning experience for you and show you the epitome in how brainwashing cults operate. Heck you will be very tempted to join once you attend the meeting. The enthusiasm at the meetings, though fake, is very compelling and tempting, and preys on all your emotions. They usually have highly motivating speakers at those meetings that can even fool the most intelligent person. Also the group pressure is strong too, and will cause you to feel tempted to give in to group pressure. Both the enthusiasm of the MLM speaker/presenter, and that of the group, combine to create a very POWERFUL brainwashing force that will highly tempt you to join.

Believe me, I've been to them and was almost had by them several times.
