How do you know it's not Nibiru?

i think it is interesting what you are doing scescop
you should realize that this is why you make mistakes
first. You have the idea of there´s a nibiru, which is a myth found on the babylonian culture..
(you might as well believe in leprechauns which are part of the irish myths)
then we found a new planet and you suddenly ask if IT IS NIBIRU
dont jump to conclussions just to adjust it to what your myths are.
there has never been a nibiru up for discussion

For starters how about this...
...and especially this. Lieder described Planet X as roughly four times the size of the Earth.
The idea of the Nibiru encounter originated with Nancy Lieder, a Wisconsin woman who claims that as a girl she was contacted by gray extraterrestrials called Zetas, who implanted a communications device in her brain. In 1995, she founded the website ZetaTalk to disseminate her ideas
Eris, as you recall is larger the Pluto, but it's not 4 times larger than Earth. Here's another site http://astrobiology.nasa.gov/ask-an-ast ... n/?id=2759
I have a feeling neither site will be persuasive enough to change your mind Eris is not Nibiru
