Simple solution to world overpopulation problem?

I have a question. Why can't the world overpopulation problem just be solved with this simple solution, rather than killing off 85 percent of the world population as the Illuminati and NWO allegedly want to do?

Just enact a 2 child policy per couple. This will mathematically guarantee population reduction, because there will always be a portion of people who die before having kids, or decide not to have any. Simple isn't it?

You don't even need a one child policy like in China. A two child policy would be enough. So why doesn't China just adopt a two child policy instead?

So why would the Illuminati or NWO need to try to kill off 85 percent of the world population, when there is a simple solution like this?

Also, is the overpopulation issue really a crisis? I heard that you can fit the population of the whole world just in the state of Texas with a square mile between everyone. Is that really true? Is it still true? If so, then the world is pretty sparsely populated in that most of the land is unpopulated right?

You'll like this, Winston.

As far as I can ascertain the biggest issue we have with the worlds population is fresh water. Unless we come up with a effective way to process sea water we hit a point where there aint enough.

Why is that hard? Why can't they just filter the sea water or chemically process it so that it's clean and salt free?

Or just collect the raindrops like eco freaks do? lol

It's a very energy intensive process as far as I know.

They've been doing it on the Outter Banks of North Carolina for years.

So we're just going to ignore that Scepcop thinks there's a group out there that wants to kill off 85% of the population and just focus on serious solutions to stop world hunger?

From what I've seen people who don't have the means to provide are the ones with more kids. Maybe they should make a law about the number of kids depending on the parents capability to provide? Like if Mr. X's household meets only this bracket, he can only have up to this number of kids. What do you think?

The reason for not having the means to provide is because they have more kids. Kids are expensive.

With overpopulation, the main issue is not space but the strain of resources and the damage to the environment. Over farming can damage soil. Also there needs to be enough food for everyone and while technology can increase food production it can lead to technologies that can cause harm such as pesticides. There is that controversial issue with GM crops too which have many issues. Firstly the companies own the crops so people have to pay the companies to own them but also these genetically engineered crops could have some unknown effect on the environment. The company monsanto a gm crop company is known for being labelled "evil" for many issues.

China is known for its overpopulation and damage it causes for the environment. While some of the damage to the environment is due to lax environmental laws it is often to do with the large population.
Too many cars for example causing pollution although factories play a large part too.

Yeah the solution of course is to have less children but it is hard to make people do that, without using a two child policy or something.

Another solution is a good old epidemic or pandemic. The higher the population, the better chance of spreading disease.
