From what I've read on him, he is/was possibly a Satanist, animal abuser, white supremist, a thief, a drug dealer, and was involved in the murder of someone else a couple years earlier. Oh, and it seems he has a lot of "friends." Something about this makes me go, hmmmmm."
Update: Not sure why you wanted us to read this by 9/14 as it looks like 6:22 p.m. on 9/13 was his final breath.

Well, looks like they executed him. Was he really your friend Twain? Or just interested in the case?

I'm against the death penalty too - not because I don't think some people deserve to die - but for cases like this one. It very well may be that he was the mastermind. Or he might not have been. Giving him life would give him the opportunity to keep on fighting his case - win or lose. And there certainly seems room for doubt here.

The problem with the death penalty is that its too easy to make a mistake.

And frankly: life in solitary confinement is a far worse penalty than death.

Yeah, Twain, don't want to belittle your grief - but this guy still seems to have been a pretty bad dude- a drug dealer that very well may have set this guy up to be killed, possibly to cover up another killing, if the article I read was accurate. It's a dangerous life, even if you are not caught. I don't know about you, but I don't have a crazy amount of compassion for drug dealers (though I do think some drugs such as marajuana should be legalized, or at least decriminalized). Listen, you feel for who you feel, but there may be others who are worth more of your tears!
