How do you fill out a profile on Scepcop?

I've noticed several others have posted some basic info on their profiles and even included some clip art/pictures. I'm not the most computer literate person in the world and maybe I'm being dumb here but how would you go about putting down basic profile info and a simple clip art or photo? I'm clicking on my profile and I don't see any options or spaces to do any of these things. I've been easily able to do these things on other sites but not on here.

Were you able to figure out how to upload avatar images? They have to be a small dimension, under 100x100, and you can either upload the image or use an image URL hosted on another site. Or you can look through the avatar gallery. I think I installed one here?
