Spring Cleaning

Scepcop - I'd like to do a bit of forum clean up. Specifically starting with deleting any ID from the membership roster that never finished registration. Those are usually just spambots.

I'd also like to delete the known spammer IDs who use the membership information only to get their websites published on the net.

Then I'd like to delete the hundreds of David Mabus/Marzuke log ins (you know, that crazy guy from Canada who was finally arrested for death threats to the Randi people). All of those IDs were banned years ago but still remain on the "Members List".

Hey Scepcop! Ninja wants to add some mods that will make her job a lot easier but can't do it unless you upgrade the forum to the latest version of phpbb. She works pretty hard for you - will you upgrade the software for her? Here is the link to the latest version: http://www.phpbb.com/downloads/

I think we'd all benefit frankly- it will probably bring more life to the forum if its more current. There are some real downsides to this version.
