I love debating but I hate losing. I love debating with skeptics but not having a rebuttal for one claim easily bruises my ego. Then I would lose control and be very hard-headed about the issues. I know it is not a very nice approach to do in debates but I can't help it. It's like every time I sense that I can lose from a debate, certain anger issues arise. I know that it is not normal but I don't know how to fix it. Sometimes, I would spend hours debating on shitty topics. I just can't help myself. Any advice on what can I do to myself?
