According to the Manilla Standard Today, the Philippines is the most corrupt country in Asia and one of the most corrupt nation in the world.
Freedom Scepcop? The Philippine National Police practices extrajudicial killings, torture, and all sorts of nasty things according to the Inter Press News Agency.

Freedom Scepcop? Between 1986 and 2005, 52 journalists in the Philippines were murdered because of things they wrote.

Freedom Scepcop? In 2006, 860 confirmed murders happened in the Philippines simply because of political rebellion according to Amnesty International.
