still
im pretty sure kevin and highflyer will read the information the other way around
For every person who reads this valuable book there are hundreds of naïve souls who would prefer to have their spines tingled by a sensational but worthless potboiler by some hack journalist of the paranormal. Indeed .. it can be argued that astrology is powerful. It can do good in the right hands, or harm in the wrong hands.

How many people died as a result of the currency change? Unintended consequences are a problem for the occultist as it is for the scientist. In the long run, science and technology has caused more damage to life on earth than religion.

I'll answer my last question:

http://globalvoicesonline.org/2009/03/0 ... s-in-1987/

The currency change caused financial chaos, but not death.

The decision to change the currency was an economic and political decision (marxist). What to change it to was based on astrology and numerology. Claiming that astrology was the cause of the problem is sheer nonsense.

The rioting and deaths that followed resulted from pro-democracy students from the Rangoon Institute of Technology. Tech nerds gone wild. They also include terror bombings. Most ... but not all .. of the buddhist and muslim led protests were non-violent.

What are people turning to now that the economy of Myanmarr is bad again?
