That's the message board I'm also on Ninja, but still no response as of yet! Based on the posting by Don, I looked up the American Astrology Federation (or something like that) and saw a list of their accredited astrologers. The only one in Arkansas is about 3 hours away. Nothing in Little Rock at all which surprised me a little. When I drive into town, (Little Rock), there is a huge billboard that says Psychic Advisor and gives a phone number for 3 locations. I don't believe I would be able to get much of a recommendation for one of them.
I really would like to experience a professional cold-reader, errr, uhm, I mean a respected, professional medium so I can have first hand knowledge to see if they know something I don't. I hear people say they have had much success, but as I think Quantum said in another thread, success is in the eye of the beholder...

Fortunately, I have the resources available that if I visit psychics, etc. periodically for entertainment purposes, I don't mind seeing what I can find and failure isn't a big deal to me. It's the fraudulent psychics that milk money from those that should be spending their extra income on things such as food that bothers me the most. It also bothers me if they tell you to pack up and move to Wyoming without really knowing what they're saying and people who believe follow their advice, only to find out it wasn't the best move. I believe that life changing decisions should be made with logic and reason and not from the advice of Madam Fabia.
Your advice Ninja, though appreciated, appears to say that I should visit psychics until I find one that tells me what I want to hear and that one, then, becomes one I could trust and recommend. I'm not sure I agree with that, but then again, I do that with Doctors so I'm not sure I totally disagree with the advice.
The road leading to Hell's Half Acre is now on private property, but I know how to get there by hiking through the hills for a mile or so. They say that dogs go crazy back there. I'm getting a dog soon and when I do, we're going on a little hike. I've always enjoyed a good scary experience!
The town of Hot Springs is, of course, filled with hot springs. It seems perfectly logical to me that this area was a volcano or similar geological location. It's close to a couple colleges though, and I would think that if there was anything exceptional about the area, they would investigate. I'm thinking that once I see it for myself, if there's something there, I'll inquire with my colleagues.
