Lots of claims and nothing much else. Why do they call it synchronicity? Sounds like fate.

I give this video a 'meh'. Mostly because his talking with a bunch of pics of himself in the begining turned me right off.

To synchronize to have things happen at the same time. The story line seemed to say that a series of events happened, but to synchronize you need to have 2 or more events that happen at the same time.

The video begins with the 11:11 image. That and most of the other images are never explained. They do not seem to follow the plot line. Then there is talk of math where there is no quantification.

so how do you work synchronicity in your life?

Synchronicity is NOT the same thing as FATE and the concepts are not interchangeable, that's just ruse used by the critically dependent.

Synchronicity is more a matter of what can happen when certain ingredients come together; it can be created by those that understand how to manipulate whatever needs to be controlled, much like a chess game. On the other hand, it tends to be more "spontaneous" in most people's lives and viewed more in the light of coincidence than anything else. However, if one were to open their view and see further than the tip of their nose, they will be able to see a much bigger picture and how key elements fell into place that allowed for a particular manifestation. One of the best examples is the D-Day Invasion; look at the uncanny list of coincidental incidents that made it work -- the Axis disbelief that it would happen given the weather, and likewise the misdirection surrounding things. How certain military decisions were not allowed by top commanders and so much more. But likewise the "accidents" on the Allied side of things; mis-dropped paratroopers being one of the biggest boons in that it made the invasion appear much bigger than it was and resulted in panic amongst the German troops, the majority of whom were well under 30 years of age (I then 23 was the average, and not overly seasoned in battle).

We can see the same thing with any number of scenarios, large & small; how circumstance simply allowed things to happen in a given manner.
