right then kiddies - for your further amusement - the final tale of paranormal daring do as promised - and the final one of where i GENUINLY believe there was something paranormal - like i have said - been on many investigations - found little that would even stand up to being taken seriously by us "believers" - let alone skeptics ( so you see i am actually quite sceptical ( please note spelling ) about a lot of whats presented as evidence myself

any ways this ones quite involved soooooo - please try to keep up

firstly a couple of photos - to explain WHAT you are looking at here - these are a scanned original and a close up sorry if the second one is on its side - but you can copy it to your photos and have a better look if you wish :






these where taken during random photo shoots in my house ( i do this because it is active ) - now at the time i took the first one ( the original ) i did not see this object ( and again its NOT photo shop before any of you start ) - however my late wife who was on the loo at the time came into the bedroom a little later as i was having one of those WTF ?? moments and said "you will not guess what i have just seen ?? - to which i replied "this " showing her the screen of the digital camera - she claimed that the object came through the door , which was behind me and traveled along the wall disappearing trough it - WELL < i was a tad encredulus about even my late wifes claim untill we visited DARTMOUTH CASTLE - DEVON with a "paranormal group " ( that i have no longer an association with - as they proved to be fakers of the worst kind - another story and absolutly nothing to do with this - thats just for info ) )

anyways , to cut a fairly boring evenings events short , my wife and i had packed up our gear and where sat in the mid lower floor connecting area when we BOTH witnessed one of these "sphears " of light ( about the size of a beach ball ) exit a solid stone wall - travel along the ceiling and disapeared through it -( it was also captured on photo by a team upstairs , although sadly i dont have access to that photo ) - well you could have knocked me over with a feather and i stupidly asked "did you see THAT ?? - duh oh well of course she did - and i had to appologise somewhat profusely for doupting her account of the one in our house

intrestingly , i had , during part of the evening tracked "something" ( a patch of radio frequency energy ) about a meter square with a 3 ghz frequency counter i always carry whilst researching - and it was moving !! - rf signals dont DO that !! and there where NO transmitters on the frequency found and locked on tooo within 20 miles of the place lierally ( i do my research )

any ways - again - anacdotal evidence of the best kind - two witnesses at least and a very puzzled me - what ever it was ( no not ball ightning either ) - it was one of the most facinating things i have seen in my whole time researching the paranormal

well thats the last one ( for now ) if nothing else it will be amusing the the PsKeptics - but may also show that even in sleepy devon - we have our share of odd stuff - as always make of this what you will -

Not knowing a darned thing about ball lightning, I decided to look it up.

I find it amusing that the article is titled, "does ball lightning really exist?" and the bottom line seems to be that it doesn't. So then what the heck is the proper terminology for what people see that looks like ball lightning? I mean, it's something. It's been claimed to been seen by people, what is it?

"Sprites", another thing that I knew nothing about. It seems to be a perfect example of something that obviously always existed yet only recently noticed and proved to really exist in more than someone's imagination or personal experience. Imagine that!

Brett, isn't that photo what it looks like when you use a flash on an object close up? That's what it looks like to me. I've used the flash on close up objects and that's what appears when I do.

Oh and Ninjapuppy, the straight dope website is a site that is 100 percent against the paranormal. You know that don't you?

I got some interesting ghost orb photos from Nevada. I will post them here soon.
