Introduce yourself here!

hello from mac

Postby mac » 11 Aug 2012, 16:07

Hi guys. I'm MAC - That should have been my regular forum username 'mac' but I'd left the capital lock button switched on without realizing - usually I'm more thorough! Can't quite recall how I arrived here but it's an interesting website.

I hope I'll eventually have something to offer members. :)

Welcome! I can change that caps snafu for you if you would like.

Just to be clear, you do mean from mac to MAC, right??? (I think that pesky caps lock did it to you again)

I'm confused - I originally thought I'd registered as mac but then I couldn't log in when I tried for the first time. I assumed I must have used MAC because the 'caps lock' light on the keyboard was illuminated and I signed in using upper-case letters. But then I noticed on my first posting it was showing me as 'mac', lower-case - I'm totally baffled - you'd think I was a beginner!.....

If I am now registered with, and displaying, the username MAC (upper case) would you please change it to 'mac' (lower case)? Sorry I'm being such a pain....

I don't believe that upper or lower case in your ID makes a difference when you log in. I've changed it back to "mac" (lower case). Let me know if you have any log in problems.

Notwithstanding the change, I think you should be known around here as Big MAC
