I strongly disagree. The Ganzfeld Experiments uses electromagnetic shielded chambers and for some reason, ganzfeld studies were still highly statistically significant!

Try to explain that via magnetic fields.....

Telepathy does have the exact same properties as entanglement: Instantaneous communication over infinite distances without regard for intervening obstacles and no signal loss.

It's a great misunderstanding to think consciousness plays a role. Observer really means taking a measurement which disturbs the quantum superposition causing the system to take a definite state, the outcome of which can't be predetermined until it happens.
