What is the Quantum world?

Postby Indigo Child » 30 May 2010, 22:23

The answer to what is the quantum world comes from Hindu metaphysics, which have an exactly same
term in Sanskrit which means quantum world: Moolaprakriti. However, the Hindu Moolaprakriti,
is not the same quantum world that has been discovered by quantum physic, but it is something
even more fundamental. The term quantum to describe the reality beyond non-physical reality is as misleading
as the term "atom" to describe atoms. Just as the word atom is suppose to mean indivisible, yet what we call
atoms are in fact divisible, likewise what we call quantum is not in fact quantum, but another plane of reality.
What is this plane of reality? It is the Akasha or etheric plane, beyond which starts the astal plane. The so-called
quantum world is in fact the etheric barrier between the physical world of space-time and the non-physical world
of the astral, mental, causal and spiritual planes.

All of reality begins first at the level of Moolaprakriti as a vibration of the fundamental matter-stuff, when Prana
(life breath) acts upon Akasha(matter-stuff), and as result this causes the fundamental world-stuff to differentiate
into planes of reality in the following order: monad/spiritual plane, causal plane, mental plane, astral plane, etheric plane
and finally physical plane. These are represented in Hindu metaphysics as the 5 sheaths of the soul(physical body, etheric body,
mental body, causal body and spiritual body) In the waking plane of reality we are only aware of the physical body,
and because of this it seems we only have one a physical body and no others. However, this is caused by our identification
with the physical body, which comes loose during the transision from waking to dreaming. If one is able to remain conscious
during this process, one will become aware of their astral body. It is easy to mistake the astral body(astral double) for our
soul, but even this is not the soul, but another identification.

I think you're spot on about the quantum world, Indigo. Some people use the term quantum to refer to the fundamental and abstract "level" of beingness from which springs the realms of matter and energy, but I think it's slightly misleading, and tend to agree it's the etheric matter/plane, which operates according to probability (and which can be influenced by directed intention). From various experiments (Aspect, Gisin, etc.), physicists have inferred that the transcendent levels of being are "quantum", but while this helps lend credibility to ancient metaphysical notions, there's little transcendent about the etheric! *chuckles
